Working principle such as process flow chart, the material from the hopper feeder spread evenly in the network, network using the 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is composed of a driving device in the drier dragging moving. For dehydrated vegetables, generally using three sets of equipment used in series, forming a first stem section, middle section and end of stem segment. In the beginning of stem segment, as a result of material with high water content, permeability is poor, so the use of small spreading thickness, faster running speed with high drying temperature. On the temperature of material does not allow the material at the beginning of 60 ℃, stem segment, the temperature of the drying gas can be as high as 120℃. Finally dry period of residence time of materials in the beginning of stem segment is 3-6 times, spreading thickness is 2-4 times of the first stem section. For the material temperature not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius requirements, with 80℃drying gas. The combination of a plurality of segments can better play belt drier and drying performance, more uniform.
