PGL series spray drying granulating machine

Introduction

PGL series of spray drying granulator is suitable for Chinese traditional medicine preparation granules, capsule, tablet or coating of granule.

Performance

Set of spray drying, fluidized granulation in one, realize granulation in one step.
The spray process, especially for small accessories, heat-sensitive materials, efficacy than FL 1-2 times higher boiling granulating machine
The end products of water up to 0.1%, with the return fines device, the granulation rate≥ 95%, can make 0.2-2mm particles.

Applicable

Pharmaceutical industry: tablets, granules, capsules particles; low sugar, sugar-free medicine particles.

Food industry: cocoa, coffee, milk, fruit juice, spices and other particles.

Other industries: feed, fertilizer, pesticide, pigment, dyes and so on.
