Introduction

LG type high efficiency centrifugal film evaporator is composed of reducer, separating cylinder, distributing device, a gas-liquid separator, the evaporation cylinder body. Liquid by separating cylinder body at the lower end of the feeding tube in the entrance tangentially into the evaporator, and through the installation of the separation tube distributor is continuously distributed uniformly in the evaporation cylinder inner wall of the body, and then the material liquid is the sweeping and scraping blade, in the heat transfer wall coating film, the film is heated to evaporate after thinning.

Working principle

The evaporator is composed of reducer, separating cylinder, distributing device, a gas-liquid separator, the evaporation cylinder body. Performance

The heat transfer coefficient is high, evaporation capacity, evaporating strength can reach 200kg/m2hr, high thermal efficiency.
The heating time is short, about 5 to 10 seconds in between, and in vacuum condition, the heat sensitive material is more favorable, keeping the various ingredients do not produce any decomposition, ensure the quality of products.
To adapt to a wide range of viscosity, high viscosity material can be processed, viscosity of material can be as high as 100000 centipoise ( CP )
Change the direction of rotation of scraper grooves, can adjust the material in the evaporator do time.
The evaporation section of the inner wall of the cylinder through the precision boring and polishing treatment, the surface is not easy to produce coking, scaling.
Convenient operation, product indicators are easy to adjust, in confined conditions, can be controlled by continuous production.
