Introduction

WJH outside heating furnace is a kind of advanced structure of continuous carbon activation furnace, can realize large-scale continuous production, applicable to physical or chemical production, low investment, low labor intensity, low coal consumption.

Available fuels: coal, oil, natural gas.

Working principle

Raw materials of carbon from a hopper through motor driven screw feeder, continuous addition of impurities settling chamber; the material after settling chamber at the bottom of the blower blowing activation furnace ( or entirely on draught ); high temperature gas and water vapor through the gas distribution device into a furnace, and the materials in the form of fluidization state, activation reaction. Activated carbon and exhaust gas under the action of negative pressure by waste heat boiler and cooling system, through a cyclone separator, finished by a feeder discharge exhaust gas purification, activation of dust removal system. Cooling jacket produces hot water into a waste heat boiler, in the furnace tail ash cleaning device, for heavier finished charcoal by tail furnace exhaust.
