Used in pre-coating treatment of aluminum. Aluminum and aluminum alloy will form loose natural oxide film in natural environment with the thickness of under 0.05mm. The function of chromizing is to improve the corrosion resistance and bonding force of aluminum parts and coating to achieve the required thickness, density and bonding force for coating.

I. Chemical characters and working principles:

1. Contain oxidant and activator. brown black liquid. Diluted to 3%, PH value is 1.8-1.9.
2. Quickly form light yellow transform film with aluminum surface action in room temperature.

II. Technological process and parameter:

1. Technological process:
Oil removal→water washing→chromizing→drying→spraying

2. Technological parameter:
Chromizing agent: 3-4%
Temperature: 10-35℃
Time: 1-4min

III. Bath maintenance:
In normal condition, the working index is 6-9, pH 1.7-2.0. Use industrial nitric acid to adjust pH.
This product is made using conversion coating processing technology with industrial production practice. There is no need to change bath for one year when using this product.

IV. Packing and storage:
30kg plastic barrel sealed packing, and stored in cool and dry condition.
