I. Ingredients:

White solid powder with stable performance and good water solubility. Made of aluminium ion complexing agent, leveling agent, corrosion inhibitor, sand surface agent, antiscale, surfactant and many other ingredients.

II. Functions:
1. Used to produce glazing materials and sand surface materials.
2. Complexing aluminum ion can increase aluminum ion chroma. The concentration of aluminum ion can be kept above 120g/L and no sediment. The trough clean period can be control above half a year.
3. Reduce aluminum consumption. Shorten the time and reduce aluminum consumption.
4. Stable tank liquid. The sand is uniform and glossy in different batch products.
5. Application of surface active agent can make surface intension greatly reduce.

III. Technical range:
Free NaOH:40-60g/L
WF-301 solid alkali corrosive agent:10g/L
Temperature:40-60℃
Time: Generally about 3min. No more than 18min according the sand surface requirement.

IV. Consumption:
WF-301 solid alkali corrosive agent:1-2kg/T type material (silver white material)，3-6kg/T type material (sand surface treatment)
Caustic soda flakes (chroma:99%):15-20kg/T type material (silver white material),30-40 kg/T type material (sand surface treatment)

V. Using method:
Generally add based on caustic soda flasks: additives=5:1-10:1. Add after dissolved and mix well after added.

VI. Packing and storage:
20kg/case. Store in cool and dry condition and can be stored for a long period.
