I. Ingredients:
Light yellow viscous transparent liquid and made from complexing agent, corrosion inhibitor, leveling agent, anticrustator, surfactant and many other ingredients.

II. Functions:
1. Used to produce glazing materials and sand surface materials.
2. complexing aluminum ion increases aluminum ion chroma in alkali tank.
3. adopt suitable surface active agent, corrosion inhibitor to make the section bar more easy to drip and no current ripple.
4. easy to control for tank liquid, low aluminum consumption, easy to maintain and manage.

III. Technical range:
Free NaOH:40-60g/L
WF-302 alkali corrosive agent:10-20g/L
Temperature:40-60℃
Time: Generally about 3min. No more than 18min according the sand surface requirement.

IV. Consumption:
WF-302 alkali corrosive agent:2-3kg/T type material（silver white material），6-8kg/T type material（sand surface treatment）
Caustic soda flakes (chroma:99%):15-20kg/T type material (silver white material),30-40 kg/T type material (sand surface treatment)

V. Using method:
Generally add based on caustic soda flacks: additives=6:1. Directly add to alkali etching trough and mix well.

VI. Packing and storage:
30kg plastic barrel sealed packing, and stored in cool and dry condition.
