This product is used in aluminum material sand surface treatment and can effectively level machine veins. Compared with traditional technology, it greatly reduced aluminum consumption and the sand surface is brighter and more uniform.

Ammonium acid fluoride:40-50g/L
WF-201 acid sand surface agent:10-20g/L
Temperature:20-45°C
Time:3-15min according to the requirement.

IV. Consumption:
WF-201 acid sand surface agent:2.5-3kg/T type material
Ammonium acid fluoride:25-55kg/T type material

V. Using method:
Generally add based on ammonium bifluoride: WF-201=5:1-10:1.

VI. Packing and storage:

25kg/bag. Store in cool and dry condition and can be stored for a long period.
