I. Ingredients:
It is blue liquid with stable properties. It is made from accelerator, penetrant, wetting agent, complexing agent, dust suppression agent, buffer, dispersing agent, surfactant and other fluorine-free compositions.

II. Functions:
Used with nickel acetate, sealing hole fleetly, improving surface gloss, lubricating hand feel, greatly improving hardness and corrosion resistance of oxidation film. The bath solution has good contamination resistance. Aging time is over 2 years. Fluorine-free WF-503 is environmental friendly. It has wide processing range, and is easy to control and stable. The sealing speed is fast and no smut. The dyed material will not fade after hole sealing.

IV. Consumption:
WF-503 Medium-temperature water sealant: 1-2kg/T bar

V. Using method:
Add medium-temperature water sealant and mix evenly. Use acetic acid or medium-temperature modifier to adjust pH in the range of 5.5 to 6.3.
This product has high water quality demand. It is better to use pure water and set circulatory system. The wash tank must be clean and clear after sealing.

VI. Packing and storage:
25kg/barrel. Stored in dry and cool place. Can be stored for a long time.
