8. Composition stability of NPB preparation
NPB preparation is distilled at 70°C for 22 hrs. GC analysis
shows that NPB preparation retains original composition to
the maximum extent possible, as indicated in the table below.

9. Compatibility
with metal container and liner
Compatibility of NPB preparation with metal
coantainer and liner was conducted according to US Military
Standard Mil-T-81533A4.4.9, which was orginally used to evaluate
the packaging stability of 1,1,1-trichloroethane.
Metals listed below have been tested and proven to be applicable.
Nickel, Inconel alloy, magnesium, Titanium, brass, copper,
zinc, monel alloy, carbon steel 1010, aluminum, stainless
steel 316L
In another storage stability test, CS1010, SS316, epoxy resin
and phenolic resin were immersed in NPB preparation at 54°C
for 2 months. The result shows that the materials tested are
suitable for packaging.
