I. Physical appearance and technical specifications

Enzyme activity unit definition: the amount of enzyme required to release 1μmol reducing sugar from 4mg/ml β-glucose solution is one enzyme activity unit (u).

II. Mechanism of action and dosage
Mechanism of action and dosage:Hydrolyze the 2-D-1, 4 - glucosyl from inside nonreducing group of glucose chain.
Application: Mainly used in feed and beer industry. In feed, it can promote the release of nutrients in feed cell, reduce β-glucose viscosity in animal's intestinal tract, eliminate anti-nutritional factors, improve animal digestion and growth and increase feed benefit. In beer production, it can hydrolyze cellulose of beer mash and help to improve the fermentation and filtering effect.
Dosage: Applied in feed, confirm the dosage according to specific production process and feed composition. The reference amount is 0.05-0.20%; in beer, the dosage is depending on β-glucose content and the reference is 0.1-0.5%.

III. Packing, storage and transportation
Solid: Sealed with polyethylene plastic inner bag and plastic woven outer bag, net weight 20kg/bag;
Liquid: plastic bucket, net weight 25kg/bucket.
Storage and transportation: Prevent from sunlight and rain. If stored under the condition of sealed, cool,dry and temperature ≤25℃, it can retain the activity for 6 months.

IV. Precautions
1. No transportation or storage with harmful substance.
2. Avoid dusting, inhalation and contact with mucous membrane or skin. Once contact, rinse with water timely. Avoid moisture, and sealed the container after using.
