Products
Summary: Cellulase is derived through fermentation, extraction and refinement from trichoderma. Mainly used to degrade cellulose in the fibers to create oligosaccharide and glucose. Cellulase is very complicated. This enzyme contains a certain amount of hemicellulase, etc.
I. Packing and specification
1. Stored in dark and cool place and prevent from rain, moisture and direct sunlight.
2. Solid dosage form: Woven bag sealed packaging, net weight: 20kg/bag.
Liquid dosage form: plastic bucket, net weight: 25kg/bucket.

Enzyme activity unit |
10000-50000 u/ml (g) |
Enzyme activity definition: The enzyme quantity of using 1g enzyme powder or 1ml enzyme liquid hydrolyze sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution and produce 1mg glucose in 1 hour under the condition of 50 ¡æ and pH 4.8 is a enzyme activity unit.
III. Using conditions
Working temperature: 40¡æ-60¡æ Working pH: 3.5-5.5
Optimal temperature: 50¡æ; optima pH: 4.6-4.9
IV. Application
1. Textile industry: Fabrics treated with cellulase show significant signs of improvement in terms of finish, sheen, flexibility, air-permeability, insulation and softness. The use of cellulase versus traditional stone washing of jean wear is more time efficient yet reduces tears and flaws, and ensures more consistent and reliable results. Amount of cellulase required is 0.5-2% of the weight of fabric, with a processing time of 40-80 minutes.
2. Alcohol and wine industry: Cellulase breaks down plant cell walls and membranes, boosts the release of starch and improve liquor rate.
3. Feed industry: As an additive to feed, cellulase can enhance the digestibility of animal feed and is beneficial to protein digestion and absorption. By adding cellulase into animal fee, animals will show significant signs of increase in weight, milk and egg production, greater ability to adapt to different environments, and a better immune system. To each kg of feed, 0.2g of 10000u/g cellulase should be added.
4. It has good application performance in food, Chinese medicine and plant extraction of functional ingredients.
V. Storage
Liquid dosage form: Stored in dark and cool place below 15¡æ. No less than the indicated value for 6 months.
Solid dosage form: Stored in dark and cool place below 15¡æ. No less than the indicated value for 1 year.
