Properties
The pure substance of this product is white powder and soluble in DMF, dichloromethane, toluene, THF and diethyl ether solvent, etc. Its reducing power is correspond to LiAlH4, but has better selectivity. This product usually add N,N-DMF into forming complexes to increase its stability.
Usage
Used to selective reduction of aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acid and its derivatives, imine, acrylic, epoxy compound, olefin(acetylene), etc. It has good stereoselectivity for chirality molecule.
