QS Horizontal Disk-Type Jet Mill

Principle:
High-speed jet stream which formed by compressed-air pass through feed injector make powder materials suck into grinding chamber. Pulverizing nozzles which are installed around the grinding chamber inject high-speed jet stream to grinding chamber directionally, make powder materials pulverized by the action of impaction and friction between powder materials.

High-speed jet strem form strong rotational flow in the grinding chamber, from this, the centrifugal force make powder particles do high-speed movement around the grinding chamber. When particle size is pulverized below classify size, particles come into collection system through centre discharge tube because of losing certifugal force and be broken away from the classification rotational flow by the action of centrifugal air-stream.

Features:
• QS Horizontal Disk-Type Jet Mill is applicable for dry and brittle materials to be ultrafine pulverized. It is easy to obtain particles of micron meter grade or hypomicron meter grade. Uniform size distribution.
• Obtain high-putity products by the action of autogenous between powders.
• It is applicable for hard material under hardness 8 grade and sticky material to be pulverized. because the liner could be replaced by different materials.
• It is also applicable for pulverizing of the powder materials with thermal sensitivity and lower melting point because the temperature fell with the adiabatic expansion of the compressed-air.
• No dust leakage and fly up because the container and pipes are sealed up.
• Noise below 70 db. No uibration.
• Small volume and easy to strip and clean.
