General information:
The spin inner-vaporization drier is developed by synthesizing the strongpoints of the intensified fluid-bed drier and the flash evaporation drier. This machine has the reasonable design , compact structure, it is novel and has wide use scope. Can be used in industries like the pigment, fine chemical industry, agricultural chemicals, fertilizer, feed, food,medicine, electron, chemical industry, light industry, etc. Our factory presently produces flash vaporization dryer with the diameter of 200-1600mm and the maximum air quantity reaches 42,000 M²/H.

Principle:
The hot air enters into the bottom of the drier with suitable wind speed through the inlet pipe which forms strong turning effort, shearing action and dispersion to the added material, thus, causes the material micronizing, because under the mixer function, the bigger and wetter material is cut by the machine; and the micro particle of smaller moisture content as well as the thinner particle are carried to rise by the rotary air current, during the rise process, they are further dried and been discharged out of the drier after being dried.
