Integrating the processing of blending, kneading, granule-making and drying together, this machine can handle the powder in very short time and the powder is kept in one kind of enclosed flow and dyeing condition. It can lower the cost and dust pollution to the environment. Meanwhile, it can form a series of process production with the last and next procedures.

Operating principle :

The powder is fed into the enclosed  cylinder body by the dosing unit(picture 2), the external steam keep heating the cylinder body ,thus there is one kind of constant (temperature and drying) condition inside of body . Moreover, there is adjustable rotor inside the body, and the powder in the body is delivered to the atomizing room (with the spray nozzle of adhesive) by scroll conveyor in the front of rotor and mixed with adhesive, and then the mixed powder is delivered to the drying room to make granule. In this procedure, the powder and adhesive are blending, mixed and put into together by the stirred tooth of rotor, with the heating of drying air in the body; they are formed into granules and discharged out of outlet.

1, The basement of equipment
Just like the picture 3, this machine is installed in a flat steel plate (thickness is 30mm ), and the steel plate is installed at the cement floor. They are fixed by foundation bolts and adjusted into horizontal position (<0.5/ 1000mm )

2, Installation procedures, method and cautions
A, This machine has passed the quality inspection before I leaves our factory, but the parts of machine may loose, slip and fall off during it 's delivery, thus you should check it before use.
B, There are asbestos warm material at the outside of cylinder body; it can prevent the loss of heat.

The structure and mechanical performance

The main parts of this machine include motor, frequency converter , cylinder body , rotor , bearing support , driving belt wheel, jacket heat exchanger, and spray gun, etc. .
The motor's power is adjusted by frequency converter and transmitted by the belt wheel and sent to drive the rotor in the cylinder body. There are 2 units of six atomizing spraying nozzles, which are used to spray the adhesive. The powder in the body is keeping going forward and being mixed & blended with the adhesive, and then is dried and formed into granules The steam in the external jacket can heat and warm the body, and the frequency converter of motor can adjust the rotation speed of rotor, thus we can control this machine to make qualified granules or produce enough output.
