Principle:
The product to be ground is fed from above via a
rotary airlock directly into the grinding chamber through the classifying
chamber where particles are bumped mutually and strongly against
the impact beaters, meanwhile, to be impaceted frictionated and
sheared in the gap between the impact beaters and liner. The pulverized
product is conveyed to the ultra-fine classifier. The end product
is discharged through the blow-out opening, the coarse material
rejected from the classifier is recirculated for further grinding.
Features:
• The machine is new combined equipment which is composed of grinding
and classification in one machine, conpact construction.
• The machine is unrivalled ease of cleaning inspection and maintenance
because it is equipped with an separation mechanism, easy opening
the grinding chamber and classfing chamber.
• Powder production capacity. The maxmum rare-material particles with
diameter is permitted approx. 15mm. It can randomly select powder
particles with a diameter range from 8-150um.
• It is universally applicable for almost all products up to a hardness
of approx. 3.5 Mohs. It is also adaptable to the pulverization of
approx. 7 Mohs hardness if use speacial wear-resisting material.
