The YP series spray drying tower uses the pressure nozzle to atomize, upwelling-down-cocurrent-flow pattern, the bag filter and the drying tower combines as a body (patent structure), the drying tower air distributor uses the non-equispaced tapping orifice plate, has the air distribution effect of secondary air tower, can effectively suppress the material to stick the wall. We have three kinds of heat source for selection: the steam-air heat exchanger, the heat conduction oil-air heat exchanger,coal-buring heat exchange hot-blast stove. Because the pressure type nozzle can reliably atomize under the 1.4MPa pressure, therefore the force pump may use the simple and reliable 2.4MPa high pressure screw pump.
