Background:
In 1998, the output of apples in China reached 19.48 million tons. Concentrated apple juice was produced at 110,000 tons/year. About 1 million tons of apples were consumed. Apples and tomatoes in Ningxia are excellent in quality, large in output, and low in price. Their varieties and use are increasing as living standards improve and consumer habits change.

Technical proposal:
Production scale: 10,000 tons/year. Product types: tomato ketchup, apple juice, and carrot juice.

Preliminary preparation:
All necessary technical preparations have been completed.

Investment and financial analysis :
Total investment for this project is8.50 million yuan. Sales revenues are expected to be increased by 40 million yuan per year. Yearly profit revenues and tax turnover should reach 3.50 million yuan.
