Background:
Precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC)is one of the most important fillings for inorganic powder. It is widely used in many industries, including plastics, paper-making, coatings, rubber, building materials, household chemicals, medicine, food, and feed. Production and application of PCC is mainly in the US, China, Japan and Western Europe. PCC output of our country ranks second in the world. New, unused equipment with a factory, totally worth 20 million yuan, will be fully utilized. This project will provide economic and social benefits.

Technical proposal:
A yearly production capacity of PCC is 2,000 tons.

Preliminary preparation:
All necessary technical preparations have been completed.

Investment and financial analysis:
Total investment is 25.43 million yuan, projected sales revenues are 30.32 million yuan per year.
