Project name: Producing more technically advanced dicyandiamide at a capacity of 15,000 tons/year.

Background: The current production technology and assembling standard of dicyandiamide in China roughly remains at the 1950's and 1960's levels of those in overseas countries. Dicyandiamide recovery is at 80%-85% compared with 95% in the foreign countries. Unit consumption of lime nitrogen is about 33.2 tons and, in foreign countries, its recovery factor is from 93% to 99%. But in China, unit consumption of lime nitrogen is about 4 tons and the effective recovery factor remains at 83%.

Technical proposal:
Scale: 15,000 tons/year; dicyandiamide:10,000 tons; dicyandiamide (electronic grade): 5,000 tons.

Product specifications:
Our common dicyandiamide meets ZBG17004-86 standards;
Dicyandiamide (electronic grade) meets Q/NDR 005-2001 standards.

Preliminary preparation: All necessary technical preparations have been completed.

Investment and financial analysis:
Total investment for this project is 96.86 million yuan, including 82.16 million yuan. Projected sales revenues are RMB 152.78 million yuan, upon project completion. Expected tax payments for sales reach RMB 10.97 million yuan per year. The real assets will have a projected earning power of 23.3%£¬Investment recovery period: 4.1 years.
