Background:
Using 150,000 tons waste residue, specialized cement production equipment put into production in 2001 can dispose of 200,000 tons of dicyandiamide and various kinds of solid residue. Specifications are in accordance with national standard. This product was used in this area and those of nearby provinces, providing economic and social benefit.

Technical proposal:
Scale:Yearly production capacity for Grade G high antisulphur£¨HSR£©oil well cement is 50,000T. Quality index is in accordance with GB10238-1999 national standards.

Preliminary preparation:
All necessary technical preparations have been completed.

Investment and financial analysis :
Total investment for this project is 2.65 million yuan. Expected sales revenues are projected to be increased by 17.50 million yuan per year.
