the Rongyuan International Hotel.
Background:
Shizuishan, with its abundant resources, has developed
over the years to become Ningxia Province's second
largest city. As a result, Shizuishan has become a
center for the development of many industries. Building
the Rongyuan International Hotel will greatly improve
conditions for investment, business, and traveling
in Shizuishan.
Construction plans:
Construction standard:The Rongyuan International Hotel
is designed and will be constructed according to China's
international hotel standards. It will be a standard
4-star hotel.
Construction scale: The hotel will occupy 9,978m2
of land area. Total building area: 32,035m2,
construction height: 61.4m, volumetric fraction: 2.98,
construction density:51.3%. The main building will
have 16 floors and a basement. There are three floors
in the podium building.

Dining facilities include a banquet hall, Chinese
restaurant,self-service cafeteria, Western food
restaurant and a coffeehouse.
Recreational facilities include bowling, gymnasium,
swimming pool, tennis court, and golf course.
Tropical Garden Recreation Square, Rongyuan's
trademark, is a prominent design feature in
our hotel.
The hotel has an international meeting hall
which can hold 200 people. In the meeting room,
four kinds of languages can be interpreted at
the same time.
A travel agency is located in the hotel for
the convenience of travelers.
An underground parking garage is included in
the hotel.

All necessary technical preparations have been completed.
Investment and financial analysis:
Total investment for this project is 85.31 million
yuan. Expected sales revenues should reach 43.53 million
yuan following completion of the project.
