Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)
Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor can boost the growth and differentiation of haemopoietic stem cells, and stimulate the activity of end cells. GM-CSF is excreted by T-lymphocyte, endothelial cell, collagenoblast and other cells. GM-CSF is glycoprotein, but GM-CSF without glycosylation has the same function. Mature GM-CSF is consists of 128 amino acid residues, molecular weight is 14.4KD.
