Packing: liquid perilla pigment is packed in PE food drum; solid perilla pigment is packed in plastic bag, wrapped with plastic bag plated with aluminum film outside.
Storage: Closed tight, avoid light, stored in cool place.

Brief:
Perilla Pigment is extracted from the fresh leaves of Perilla frutescens(L.) var. crispa. It appears mauve in solution with PH=2-3. It contains anticancer substances and widely used in feed, pickle, candies, cans etc.
Properties:
Red to mauve liquid or powder. It appears red in acid conditions, light henna in neutral, and green in basic conditions.  
Packing: In aluminum foil bag; volume is upon clients' request.
