Maximum Permitted Total = 3 Parts per Million
Anhydrous Lanolin USP Modified is produced from the refining of wool grease
and conforms to current monographs of the USP23 and NF18.
Wool grease is naturally renewable and is obtained from the shorn wool of
live sheep during the wool washing process.
Modified USP Grade can be used for toiletries, cosmetic and pharmaceutical
applications but is especially preferred when required for use on open wounds or
for ingested treatments due to the very low pesticide content. |
