Lanolin wax is manufactured using basic lanolin as the feed source and is separated using a
dedicated process. The process separates the liquid and solid esters present in the lanolin and yields hard lanolin that gives a higher melting point than normal lanolin. Uses include ointments, lipsticks and hair applications. Hard Lanolin has very similar characteristics to normal Anhydrous Lanolin but offers a higher degree of stability in formulations requiring higher melting point charachteristics.
