Features
This machine is composed of press, vertical panel turnover mechanism, H180-H280 upper and lower mould, electrical control system.
The metal structure of the machine is equipped based on 1000KN(100T) oil press. The maximum press of hydraulic system is 21Mpa. electrical control cabinet is installed in the machine bed. Master control adopts programmable controller. Electronic control system is composed of PLC, rotary encoder and other components.
Hydraulic system is installed inside of the motor, should reduce volume and weight of the machine.
